The advisor no-showed for our first appointment, but was punctual on the second try. He insisted that he could not break down the water heater replacement quote into the unit vs. labor cost because he "did not know it". It just gave me an uneasy feeling, ...so I ended up getting another quote. 2 hours later, my water heater was replaced by another quality provider for about 35% less than Addario's quote. They might do good plumbing work (I didn't have a chance to find out), but they are very opaque about pricing and became defensive when questioned about it.Read More...
